Who we are
Crosstalk Studios is run by Brodie Goodall, a sole trader, ABN 25 274 596 671, in Canberra, Australia (“we”, “us”).
What this site is
This site is the studio's portfolio. It gives information about us and the products we make.
Our products have their own terms
Each product has its own terms on its own site, and those terms govern how you use it. These terms don't replace them. For example, BOX's terms are at getbox.audio/terms.
Our content
The words, images, logos and code on this site are ours unless we credit someone else. You're welcome to link to the site and quote small parts with credit. Don't copy it wholesale or present it as your own.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and up to date. We don't promise that the information is complete, current or free of errors. Product details, prices and availability can change. Check the product's own site before relying on them.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to AUD $100.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.
