Who we are
Crosstalk Studios is run by Brodie Goodall, a sole trader, ABN 25 274 596 671, in Canberra, Australia (“we”, “us”).
What this site collects
This site has no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no cookies. It collects only the following.
- Page views. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you. It records things like the page viewed, the site that linked to it, and your general country, browser and device type.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, under its own retention.
- Email you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it to reply, and keep it only as long as we need to for that.
Our fonts and images are served from this site, so your browser doesn't contact any other service to load the page.
The Problems Register
The Problems Register at /register is behind a password. There is no account. Your browser sends the password and we check it against a stored hash. We don't store the password you type or anything else about you. The hosting logs above still apply.
Our products have their own policies
Each product we make collects different things, so each has its own privacy policy on its own site. This page doesn't cover them.
- BOX: getbox.audio/privacy
- baseDNA: basedna.com.au/privacy
- Roughly: roughly.au/privacy
- KINDr: kindr-alpha.vercel.app/privacy
- FaresFair: faresfair.com.au/privacy
Bridjit is still in development and doesn't have a policy page yet.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts this site and runs its analytics. Vercel may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States.
We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@crosstalkstudios.com.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, email us first and we'll try to fix it. If we can't resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
